Scriptation 5.0: Scriptation Rehearse

Hear your script read by a narrator in the all-new Read view. Run lines with customizable voices for each character in Rehearse. And when you’re ready for that self tape audition, do it right within Record. Power your line learning from first read all the way to casting. Scriptation 5.0 is now available in the App Store.

The Reader Mode you love just got even better! Not only can you transform your script into an easy to read format, you can now hear your script read aloud to you. Customize exactly which elements are shown and read by the narrator, skip through scenes with navigation buttons, and access all Auto-Highlight functionality from within Read view.

No scene partner? No problem. Learn your lines with Scriptation. Choose unique voices for each of the characters in your scene and customize the dialect, speed, pitch, and volume of each voice. Receive line reminders before or after a space when rehearsing your dialogue. Practice makes perfect so loop a scene or the entire script over and over.

Once you’re comfortable with the scene, use Scriptation as a scene partner for self-tape auditions. You can even record your audition right within the app. Customize your recording and playback preferences so you have room for slates.

Our old Actor Highlight feature got a facelift! Meet Auto-Highlight, which now automatically finds and highlights script elements and scene headings in addition to characters’ dialogue and/or character names. Hide dialogue you’re working on memorizing with blackout lines. And save your individual character color presets to to match future drafts.
